About

This training session provides a brief introduction for MSc and PhD students who are interested in applying clustering to biological data. First, we shall fast review the task and clustering methods in R, then - apply the methods for the analysis of transcriptomics data. Final lecture will be devoted to single-cell transcriptomics and some related data analysis approaches.
